As a seasoned attorney in the Russian Federation, Dmitry specializes in the areas of Russian Commercial Law, International Private Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency, Law of Obligations, International Transactions, Russian and International Litigation and Arbitration. Dmitry is also licensed by the Appellate Division, First Department, of the New York Supreme Court to practice in the State of New York as a foreign legal consultant. In such capacity, he is able to advise American and foreign clients on various legal issues arising under the Russian and CIS law. He has counseled clients and represented their interests before the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Russian Federation, Higher Arbitration Court, as well as the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. He has authored numerous articles on various legal topics and has published a book on Russian contract law. Dmitry received his law degree from the Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Dmitry is a memeber of the New York State Bar Association, International Law & Practice Section. He is fluent in English and possesses a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Suren is an experienced Russian attorney whose specialties include such areas of Russian law as Corporate, Real Estate, Land Use, Intellectual Property, and Transportation. Suren is also licensed by the Appellate Division, First Department, of the New York Supreme Court to practice as a foreign legal consultant in the State of New York and provide advice on various issues arising under the Russian and CIS law. In Russia, Suren represented interests of many foreign entities and individuals with respect to their investments into Russian industrial and financial sectors. He has also represented interests of numerous Russian and foreign companies in export-import transactions. Suren's legal career includes an in-house counsel position with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Moscow. Suren received his law degree from the Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Suren is fluent in English and possesses a working knowledge of French.

Mr. Saltzman's primary practice areas include real estate, commercial law and litigation, with an emphasis on cross border transactions, and international family law. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Israel, and has practiced extensively in both jurisdictions.
Mr. Saltzman graduated from the University of Chicago in 1991and moved to Israel shortly thereafter. In 1998 Mr. Saltzman earned a law degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, upon the receipt of which he clerked for the Chief Justice of Israel' s National Labor Court, Justice Stephen Adler. From 1999 until 2003 Mr. Saltzman worked in private practice in Jerusalem, Israel and was extensively involved in real estate, commercial law and litigation, employment law and matrimonial law. In 2003 Mr. Saltzman returned to New York where he was admitted to practice law and has continued to represent clients with both local and international needs.
Mr. Saltzman has represented international manpower companies, hi-tech companies, investment funds and others on matters of commercial law ranging from investment to insolvency, as well as numerous individuals on matters of real estate and family law, including Hague Convention proceedings, enforcement of foreign orders, custody, visitation, child support, prenuptial agreements, maintenance, equitable distribution and divorce.
Mr. Saltzman has published articles on various aspects on Israeli and American law and is fluent in both English and Hebrew.

Philip Stone has a practice limited to criminal defense and contested trials and hearings before state and federal administrative agencies in New York State. Philip graduated from City College of New York and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO. He has been admitted to practice before the the courts of New York and the both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in federal practice.
He is long standing member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, The New York State Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the New York Criminal Bar Association.
Mr. Stone has defended against charges of corporate fraud and embezzlement in addition to the full complement of other criminal charges. A significant portion of his practice involves resident and non-resident aliens for whom any adverse result may lead to removal from the United States. He is fluent in Spanish.
